What is a 6 Week Challenge?
At the Health and Fitness Barn, our new members begin with a "6 Week Challenge." You'll receive a personalised fitness plan that includes nutritional guidance, and weekly support to aid motivation and guarantee results.
How We Guarantee Your Results:
We break the 6 week challenge into 3 core pillars.
nutrition
We'll make small and simple tweaks to your nutrition that will make BIG noticeable differences to your results all whilst you still drink and enjoy your favourite food.
Training
This is not a typical gym membership where you are left to get on with it. We will be with you every step of the way, making sure you get the results you came for.
Results
No matter your experience level, we'll meet you where you're at right now! Our sessions are designed to make exercise something you can enjoy and get the results you've always wanted.

We contact you to arrange a call, so that we can discuss everything in detail, and see if any of our programs are a good fit for what you need.

Upon signing up to a 6 week challenge, you receive access to our Member benefits and we'll schedule your first session.

After your first session, we'll deliver your 1-1 goal setting assessment and you'll receive your new-member gift package.
